EP Sports Psychology is run by Dr Erin Prior CPsychol. who is a Chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Lecturer in Psychology at Loughborough University.
Erin works with athletes, coaches, parents, and teams to support performance and wellbeing in both grassroots and elite-level sporting environments. Erin’s approach helps people respond to challenge and pressure with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding while maintaining their drive and ambition. Erin works collaboratively with clients, helping them develop a more supportive way of approaching critical moments in sport including selection, setbacks, injury, and career transitions. Each session is created bespoke with the client in mind.
Alongside applied practice, Erin is a Lecturer in Psychology at Loughborough University. She is also a former international athlete, having represented Great Britain in archery. Erin draws upon this experience to empathise with clients’ experiences and work with them to find meaningful, practical solutions to their challenges and build upon their strengths.
